F2BF in the Park is going back outside April 24th!
Spring is springing for Free 2 Be Fitness (βF2BFβ)!πͺπΌπ» Arlington Recreation and F2BF are excited to continue this 8 week outdoor group fitness program in the park. Wake up Wednesday mornings for a strength and conditioning class that utilizes a mix of cardio and body weight exercises. F2BF in the park is intended for anyone interested in working out with a group in a safe and supportive environment.

Wednesdays: 4/24 - 6/12 @6:20 am - 7:10am

PLEASE NOTE:
Minimal equipment required: mat, towel, mini resistance bands and 2 filled water bottles and/or light and medium weights.
NEW Clients: New clients must complete new client intake and new client waiver forms.
